Tradition with style for the eyes and palates
In the monumental center of Palencia, between the Cathedral and the Church of San Miguel, is the La Traserilla Restaurant. A 19th century house with architecture and warmth reminiscent of the 'casa de la agüela' but with constant decorative changes in the premises that hint at a constant evolution in the environment that we will also later find in the dishes presented to us in table.
An evolutionary cuisine that does not stray from tradition and a close service, in charge of a team headed by Miguel Sánchez.
