Cerrato cheese
A quality product recognised by a large number of awards.
The Cerrato Cooperative was founded in 1968 by a group of ranchers from the Palencia region of Cerrato and today it is the largest cheese cooperative in Spain. Since 2006, Quesos Cerrato has been part of AGROPAL, the only cooperative group that integrates agriculture, livestock, agro-food transformation and distribution. The Cerrato Cheese have received numerous recognitions at the Cincho Awards or the Cheese Awards, which endorses their prestige and the interest they arouse in the most demanding palates.
