Jazz Palencia Festival - Autumn Jazz in Castilla y León

Every autumn Palencia becomes a jazz capital at the hand of the Jazz Palencia Festival, a landmark event in the national calendar of events dedicated to the genre. During his six years of life, legendary figures from the national and international jazz scene such as Ron Carter, Pedro Iturralde, Eliane Elías, Chano Domínguez, Bill Evans, Kyle Eastwood and Jorge Pardo have filled the stages of the city with a soul of jazz. Since its inception it has been outlined as an open festival, since for several days its activity is transferred to various corners of the city thanks to a program that includes street concerts, local recitals, exhibitions, film screenings or talks.
