Recipe:

The Castilian Soup is made with slices of loaf of bread cut into thin strips, cooked with water, garlic and paprika in a clay pot and left to rest on the fire. Once it is done, add scalded egg and tacos of serrano ham with bacon. It is a dish typical of the winter months, with great nutritional value. A well-known variant of Castilian Soup is its crusted version, which is produced by burning the upper part in the wood oven.
